On behalf of Jiangsu Transportation Institute and Harbin Institute of Technology, we would be very pleased to invite you to attendthe International Workshop on Pavement LCA in China, August 7-8, 2015, Harbin, China.

The application of LCA to pavement management, design and construction helps to avoid the paradox of decisions that improve one aspect of sustainability of a pavement system.

The purpose of this workshop is as a kickoff pavement LCA in China. So we invite John Harvey, Professor, UC, Davis, Huang Yue, Senior Lecturer, Liverpool John Moores University, and Wang Hongtao, Professor, Sichuan University as Keynote speakers to talk about latest applications of pavement LCA in US, Europe and China.

Harbin is considered as one of China’s most beautiful cities, and it is well-known for its unique, Russian and European-influenced architecture. We look forward to seeing you in Harbin in 2015 and we sincerely wish every participant a happy stay.
